Troy Ersland spent four seasons as the Head Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Dakota State University. He specialized in player development, recruiting, academic progress, and was heavily involved in all aspects of the Trojans program.
Ersland has nearly 15 years of coaching experience on all levels. He has been a fixture on the summer camp scene for many years working camps all over the country. He has worked camps at the University of Tennessee for Pat Summitt, Snow Valley Basketball School Iowa, South Dakota State University, Drake University, Northern State University, and the University of Wyoming, among many others.
He has a B.S. in Recreation and Sport Management and a M.S. in Coaching, both from Indiana State University. Ersland is in his third year with Midwest Elite Basketball serving as a Camp Instructor and Director.
