Andre Rattray enters his second season on the Men's Basketball Coaching Staff at the University of Dubuque (IA). Rattray's main duties consist of recruiting and scouting, player development, head junior varsity coach, as well as assisting the staff in other facets of the program. He is currently working on his Masters in Business Administration.
Prior to his position at University of Dubuque, Rattray earned his degree in Business Economics and Sport Administration at Cornell College (IA). Rattray played four years at Cornell, where he was a part of the conference tournament championship team.
